In this period of confinement, security controls have been reinforced for the well-being of all. Orders are therefore routed more slowly to the delivery address.

Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that all our customers receive their orders. I can therefore guarantee that you will receive yours. 

1) What are your delivery times?

First of all, you must count the processing time of your order, which can vary between 24 and 72 hours.

Then, here are our current delivery times:

UK : 7 to 14 working days
France: 7 to 18 working days
Belgium: 7 to 18 working days
Switzerland: 7 to 18 working days
Europe: 10 to 20 working days
Rest of the world: 12 to 30 working days

These deadlines do not take into account any delays caused by customs, strikes, theft or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control. 

2) How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply add your order number and email to this page:
If you have not received your order and you are still within the delivery times defined above, rest assured, there is nothing unusual. 

It may happen that your follow-up does not progress for several days. This happens frequently with international deliveries. You can try again in a few days.

3) Where is my order confirmation email?

If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is likely that:

4) How do I cancel my order?

You have 2 hours after placing your order to make a cancellation request. This request must be sent to us by email to the following address:

After this period no cancellation can be accepted because the order will be being processed. You can always return your order within 14 days of receipt, if you still want a refund. 

5) How do I return my order?

You can return your order to us 14 days after you have received it. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return.

You will have to return your order in its original packaging and the product must not have been used. In addition, the delivery times will be at your expense.

We will refund your order once we have received it.
